Empowering School Leaders for Excellence
The Teachers’ Training on Leadership and Management program equips school leaders with practical skills to lead effectively and inspire their communities. Through interactive sessions and collaborative learning, participants develop strategic leadership, efficient school management, teacher mentoring, and student-centered approaches. The program emphasizes fostering inclusive school cultures, using data for improvement, and building high-performing teams. By encouraging peer learning and professional networking, it empowers head teachers to implement innovative practices, enhance student achievement, and drive holistic growth, strengthening both leadership capacity and overall school performance.
Our Interactive Science and Math Training empowers teachers to make learning practical, engaging, and meaningful. Through hands-on experiments, real-life examples, and interactive sessions, teachers deepen their understanding of core science and math concepts while discovering innovative ways to make complex ideas accessible to students. The program emphasizes reflective and inclusive teaching, low-cost demonstrations, and formative assessments to enhance student learning. Participants also receive comprehensive teaching aids, including manuals, lesson plans, and classroom resources, ensuring they can implement new strategies effectively.
Class monitoring and evaluation ensure that teacher training sessions result in real transformation where it matters most- the classroom. Through regular school visits, the TT team closely observes classroom instruction, focusing on pedagogy, lesson delivery, and student engagement. Teachers receive supportive, constructive feedback to refine their strategies and strengthen classroom management. These visits help assess how effectively teachers apply activity-based learning, child-centered methods, and training resources in real classroom settings.
By gathering data, identifying gaps, and encouraging reflective discussions, the program shapes future training sessions and targeted interventions. This collaborative, evidence-based approach fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and enhanced teaching practices - ultimately improving student learning and school performance.
The Ideal Class Leading to Ideal School initiative nurtures disciplined, engaging, and future-ready learning environments by integrating meaningful classroom and school activities into students’ daily routines. The program promotes strong school management and discipline through structured responsibilities, group activities, and hands-on participation in maintaining classroom and campus cleanliness. It also strengthens STEM education by encouraging schools to conduct regular science and math projects, hands-on experiments, and annual project fairs where students apply their learning creatively. Throughout the year, the TT team provides ongoing monitoring and guidance to ensure successful implementation. By fostering active participation, collaboration, problem-solving, and practical learning, the initiative helps students develop core 21st-century skills - citizenship, communication, creativity, critical thinking, and a growth mindset - preparing them to become confident, capable learners and future leaders.
The Sustainable and Green School program equips teachers and students with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to turn Agami schools into vibrant, eco-friendly learning environments. Through hands-on sessions on waste management and tree plantation, participants learn practical and low-cost solutions such as waste segregation, recycling, composting, and nurturing planted saplings. These activities are deeply integrated into classroom learning and school routines, ensuring that environmental education is not just taught, but also experienced. By inspiring positive behavioral changes, the program encourages students and teachers to carry sustainable practices beyond the school gates and into their homes and communities. With its focus on action, engagement, and real implementation, the program helps schools become cleaner, greener, and shining examples of sustainability in practice.
