We
Train
Across Bangladesh, many teachers work without access to training, teaching material, or ongoing professional development. At Agami, we believe great teachers build great futures - so we invest in their growth.
With workshops on interactive science, math and english teaching, online courses, and leadership training, we’re equipping educators and administrators with the tools they need to succeed.
Empower teachers.
Strengthen schools.
Transform lives.
Our Teachers Training program is a strategic initiative aimed at raising the standard of Science and Mathematics education in Bangladesh and much more. By equipping teachers with advanced pedagogical skills, innovative teaching methodologies, and deep subject knowledge, we empower them to become true agents of transformation. These educators turn everyday classrooms into vibrant spaces of curiosity, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving.
Complementing this, our leadership training for school administrators ensures sustainable impact by strengthening the foundations of educational management and long-term change.
Our Improving English Teaching (IET) program adopts a comprehensive, learner-centered approach that integrates structured training sessions, ongoing in-school support, classroom observation with constructive feedback, and access to engaging English learning materials for students. This blended model ensures that teachers not only learn effective English teaching strategies but also feel continuously guided and supported in applying them confidently in real classroom settings.
We believe that strong English foundations begin with empowered teachers — and our mission is to make that support meaningful, practical, and accessible for every teacher and every school we work with.
Teacher Stories
Through Agami’s We Train program, math teachers across Bangladesh are gaining the skills to make learning more engaging and effective. In a recent workshop, educators explored hands-on techniques, real-life applications, and digital tools like Khan Academy Bangla to simplify complex concepts.
One teacher shared, “I used to teach formulas. Now I teach ideas—and my students are finally excited about math.”
