Feedback on March 2019 Agami News
From the Newsletter I have seen that AEF organized a workshop for the Head Teachers to provide training on school management and improve their leadership quality through it which is really a remarkable step by AEF. The students will be able to learn positive things from the teachers and also the teachers would feel privileged by getting the opportunity because they can’t get the chance to improve

I am very pleased that AEF provided the training program- “Teachers’ Training: Teaching Mathematics by Olympiad Techniques”. As we know most of the people scared of mathematics, it was a very good initiative to train them on this sector. Through the wall magazine competition based on the theme of “Independence Day” the students got the opportunity to present their unique ideas.

It was a wonderful program I must say. By the help of Agami, children can also learn about the abuses which is very common in Bangladesh nowadays and protect themselves from any kind of misdeeds. The LiF (Life is Fun) project is a very interesting way to teach children science through fun, play, and hands-on elements. We hope Agami will always work effectively in different amazing ways like this.

Feedback on September and December 2019 Agami News
I have been indirectly involved with Agami Education Foundation since my childhood, as my father Late Md. Shahid was the founding president of Agami Education Foundation (AEF) in Bangladesh. I used to prepare paper works typed in Bangla for Agami when I was 12. I visited the schools in Koyra, Khulna with my father and witnessed the underprivileged children to get the opportunity of education. I was so proud to be a part of this whole situation. From Agami News, I got to know more about Agami Inc. in details. It was not an easy task to form Agami Inc. There were lots of challenges but eventually it was established because of the great will and effort by the persons behind the foundation.

The Agami News of September 2019 published about the financial growth of Agami. From the financial scorecard and audit report I have seen that Agami’s financial statements shows a trend of steady and recurring growth of revenue.

That means Agami’s every dollar of donations has been utilized in an effective way. The statistical report of SSC passing rates of students is very remarkable. The students have achieved success in the range of GPA 3.5 to 4. Agami is working throughout the country as it established a school at Sajek the hilly area; where over 100 students got enrolled. The teachers also got trained in Dhaka. And last but not the least I read the article about my father through which I have realized that he would always be with us through his good works for Agami.

Some exciting news has been shared by the newsletter in December 2019 which included “Life Is Fun Science Fair 2019”. The day-long science project displayed on vacuum cleaners, electricity production from footpaths, bio-gas plant, water purifier, etc. by the students and they were also awarded prizes. KAB team has provided very essential training for teachers and “Digital Skill Improvement: Khan Academy Bangla ( Offline) in Math Classroom” is another one. One of the most generous steps is the school feeding program where students can have meals which they couldn’t have because of poverty and thus the attendance increased in a higher rate. Our country needs this kind of organization for further development. Looking forward to some amazing works in future by Agami.
