Marju Akter

If I told you that a little poor girl whose mom works at peoples houses and dad ___from Bhola wants to be an engineer, you would probably think I was crazy.

Well, I am not. My name is Marju Akter and I have come from a village in Bhola about 10 years ago and since then my life has changed. I have been coming to Shohag Swapnadhara school for 8 years now and I have loved every day that I have been coming here. Not only am I becoming an educated and confident young woman, I have become a part of the Shohag Swapnadhara family. I love the atmosphere here, the calm, the support, the cleanliness, the buzzing of knowledge and lastly the friendly competitive sports competitions that I gleefully take part in.

I want to become an electrical engineer because I love working with my hands and I make sure that I am knowledgable in science. My PSC results are 4.50 after I have put in a lot of hard work.  I have already started tinkering with electronic circuits and hope to become better at understanding the complexities of the electronics. I am excited about my prospects in the future and can’t wait to soak up the opportunities ahead. Thanks Agami, for letting me dream.
