Education can change our life for the better. Agami is providing education to underprivileged children in Bangladesh. It is an incredibly humbling feeling to join Agami and be a part of the difference that Agami is making every day in our children’s life in Bangladesh.
I grew up in Bangladesh, went to Holy Cross School & College and North South University in Dhaka. Later, I completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from CSU East Bay, and now working at CH Reynold’s Electric Inc. as a Sr. Finance Manager in San Jose, CA. I'm proud to be the co-owner of Bongo's (Bangladeshi restaurant) along with my mother where I spend a lot of time overseeing operations and financial aspects. I love camping, biking, hiking, running with my husband (Shahid Iqbal), kids, and friends.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition from Dhaka University. Following my relocation to the USA, I transitioned my focus towards data analytics, honing my skills in various data-related technologies.
My career in the non-profit sector commenced with an internship at Agami, where I collaborated closely with the operations and finance teams. This role was instrumental in enhancing my understanding and proficiency in this area.
Presently, I am working as a Database Coordinator in a non-profit organization in Wisconsin, USA.
