JOIN OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Agami Internship Program (AIP) is a form of experiential learning that integrates knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and nonprofit competency development in a professional setting.

Primary objective is to give students the opportunity to gain valuable applied experience, demonstrate commitment and professional impact, and make connections in professional fields they are considering for career paths.

Secondary objective of AIP is to provide a gateway for the interested students to know more about Agami in general, at the same time pursuing opportunities of hands-on involvements for one or more work term of internship period. Agami expects the students coming out of the completion of the internship assignments acquire adequate understanding of Agami’s vision, mission, core values, and execution model. Agami also hopes these students maintain their philanthropic mindsets for rest of their lives and make contributions to society through philanthropic activities.

Since the start of the program in 2009, Agami has welcomed interns from a number of schools and universities from USA and Bangladesh. These include:

Harker School, San Jose, California | Mission San Jose High School, Fremont, California | Oakland Technical High School, Oakland, California | Leland High School, San Jose, California | Carleton College, Northfield, Minnesota | University of Rochester, Rochester, New York | IBA, University of Dhaka | North South University, Dhaka | BRAC University, Dhaka | IER, University of Dhaka | East West University, Dhaka | Daffodil International University, Dhaka | IUBAT, Dhaka
