Job Title : Country Director
Organization : Agami Inc. Bangladesh
Location : Dhaka, Bangladesh (with travel as required)
Job Type : Full-time
About the Organization
Agami is a US-registered education nonprofit working to transform how children and young people learn in Bangladesh. We design and deliver programs - spanning direct school intervention, teacher support, and technology-enabled learning - in partnership with government, schools, communities, and the private sector, with a shared commitment to building education systems that are more equitable and built to last. Agami operates in Bangladesh as an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO), with a dedicated country office driving program delivery and partnerships on the ground.
Position Overview
The Country Director is Agami’s most senior in-country leadership role, responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational integrity, and sustained impact of the organization in Bangladesh.
